Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on chocolate once shipped. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@vardachocolatier.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we may issue a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Custom Orders: All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started.
